FAQ
Common questions
How can I be sure that our data is secure?
BizForce is a U.S.-based company. All data stays on U.S.-hosted servers. Our staff accesses your systems through Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, U.S.-region only — with file transfer, clipboard, printing, and removable storage disabled at the system level. Nothing is downloaded, copied, or stored outside the U.S. environment. We are HIPAA certified, SOC 2 certified, and we will execute a BAA. A legal memorandum from outside healthcare privacy counsel is available confirming full compliance with HIPAA and Florida health information law — ask your rep for a copy.
This sounds like outsourcing. How is BizForce different?
Our founders started this company because they had the exact same experience with traditional outsourcing. Traditional outsourcing puts your work into a shared pool — a rotating team that barely knows your business, communicates through middlemen, and works across multiple clients at once.
BizForce is the opposite. We recruit specifically for your role, your tools, and your industry. Every resource works exclusively for you, full time, on your schedule. You direct them daily. No shared teams. No middlemen. Month-to-month contract, no minimums. One of our clients said it best: “We did not let anyone go and this was not an outsourcing event. I detest that word. That’s not what this is.”
What role does BizForce play once we have a team member placed?
You direct the team member daily, exactly as you would an internal employee. BizForce provides a Client Success manager with 5–10 years of experience in your specific field — not just account management — who works alongside your team from day one. They handle technology setup, KPI definition, performance tracking, and replacement coordination if ever needed. It’s all included in your rate.
How do you ensure the tasks are getting done properly?
You interview and hire the candidate yourself, then manage them directly. All team members submit end-of-day reports to communicate task completion and keep expectations aligned. Our Client Success team monitors performance behind the scenes and typically identifies issues before you do. If a replacement is ever needed, we handle it at no charge.
What is the typical rate that your clients pay?
Across all verticals, clients save 40–60% compared to traditional local hiring, with no benefits, payroll taxes, or placement fees added on top. Month-to-month, no annual commitment, no minimums.
We are not hiring right now. Why should we talk to BizForce?
Turnover is constant across every industry we serve — and when the need comes up, you want a solution that’s ready in days, not months. We can have qualified candidates in front of you within a week and someone starting shortly after. Let us show you examples of our current talent pool so you’re not starting from zero when the moment comes.
We are uncomfortable with outsourcing and/or offshore work. Can we work around that?
That is exactly why we built this company. Our founders had the same experience and built BizForce specifically to solve it. Our resources work exclusively for you, on your schedule, with direct daily communication — no middlemen, no shared teams. One VP of Revenue Cycle put it this way: “Our staff has actually invited your group in. They’ve really just been part of the team.” The work speaks for itself.
How long does it take to get someone started?
From job order to three qualified candidates: one week. From your interview decision to their start date: typically 10 days. From start date to full independence: three to four weeks on average. One client was fully onboarded in nine days. Most clients see measurable results within six weeks of a placement going live.
What happens if a placement doesn't work out?
BizForce replaces at no charge, no questions asked. Our Client Success team typically identifies performance issues before you do. If the fit is wrong for any reason, the replacement process starts immediately — no penalties, no additional fees.
Can we interview candidates before making a decision?
Absolutely. You interview every candidate before any commitment is made. We deliver three qualified candidates within one week of your job order.
Do your team members work in our time zone and during our business hours?
Yes. Every BizForce placement works exclusively on your schedule, during your business hours. You direct them daily just like any internal employee. One client noted: “Production is going at 100% from 8:30 to 5 o’clock every single day.”
Is Bizforce HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Bizforce is HIPAA compliant. All employees undergo mandatory HIPAA training on a recurring basis.
What services does Bizforce provide?
